🇳🇱荷兰(Netherlands)🇧🇾白俄罗斯(Belarus)NL-BY 荷兰(Netherlands) 前往 白俄罗斯(Belarus) 签证要求
Dutch passport holders can visit Belarus visa-free for up to 30 days under a program extended through 31 December 2026. As of 30 May 2026, citizens of the Netherlands holding an ordinary passport do NOT need a visa for short tourist trips to Belarus. The Netherlands is one of 38 European states covered by Belarus's temporary visa-free regime, which Belarus extended by Presidential Decree (No. 118/2025, signed 13 December 2025) through 31 December 2026. Dutch travelers may stay up to 30 days per entry, with no cap on the number of trips, provided the total visa-free stay does not exceed 90 days within a single calendar year. Unlike the older 2017 "Minsk airport-only / 5-day" arrangement (still described on some outdated embassy pages), the current regime allows entry through all international road and rail border crossings as well as Belarus's international airports. Travelers must carry a valid passport, hold medical insurance with at least EUR 10,000 of coverage valid in Belarus, and be able to show sufficient financial means. Two important caveats: (1) you cannot use this visa-free route if you are arriving from, or onward-bound to, the Russian Federation — the Belarus–Russia border is not an international crossing for third-country nationals; and (2) the program is temporary and tied to the end-2026 expiry, so always reconfirm before travel. Belarus is NOT in the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply here.
