🇳🇱荷兰(Netherlands)🇧🇹不丹(Bhutan)NL-BT 荷兰(Netherlands) 前往 不丹(Bhutan) 签证要求
Netherlands passport holders need a Bhutan e-visa (online permit) obtained before travel, plus payment of the US$100/night Sustainable Development Fee. There is no visa-free or visa-on-arrival option. A Netherlands ordinary passport holder cannot enter Bhutan without a pre-approved visa. Bhutan issues an electronic visa (e-visa / e-permit) that must be applied for online before departure through the Department of Immigration portal (or via a licensed Bhutanese tour operator or hotel acting on the traveller's behalf). Only Indian, Bangladeshi and Maldivian nationals are exempt; all other nationalities, including Dutch citizens, follow the same online process. The application requires a non-refundable US$40 visa fee and, crucially, payment of the Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) of US$100 per person per night, which is locked at this rate until 31 August 2027. The visa is reviewed within about five working days and, once approved, the e-visa permits a stay of up to 90 days. A passport valid at least six months beyond the intended departure date and travel insurance are mandatory. Note that from 1 January 2026 a 5% Goods and Services Tax applies to tourism services (hotels, guides, transport) but not to the SDF itself. Bhutan is not in the Schengen area, so Schengen 90/180 and ETIAS rules are irrelevant here.
