🇲🇾马来西亚(Malaysia)🇺🇿乌兹别克斯坦(Uzbekistan)MY-UZ 马来西亚(Malaysia) 前往 乌兹别克斯坦(Uzbekistan) 签证要求
Malaysian ordinary passport holders can travel to Uzbekistan visa-free for up to 30 days for tourism. No visa or pre-arrival application is needed. Since 10 February 2018, Uzbekistan grants visa-free entry to Malaysian citizens holding any category of passport (ordinary, service, diplomatic), regardless of travel purpose, for stays of up to 30 days. This policy remains in effect as of mid-2026 and is confirmed by both the Uzbekistan Embassy in Malaysia and the Malaysian Embassy in Tashkent. A Malaysian tourist simply needs a national passport valid for travel; no visa, e-visa, or visa-on-arrival is required for short visits. The only meaningful post-arrival obligation is temporary registration: any foreign visitor staying more than 3 calendar days must be registered with the local authorities. In practice, hotels, hostels and licensed accommodation register guests automatically through the E-Mehmon (emehmon.uz) system, so most tourists never need to act themselves. Travelers staying in private homes are responsible for ensuring their host files the registration. Stays beyond 30 days require obtaining a visa from an Uzbekistan diplomatic mission before the visa-free period expires. Uzbekistan is in Central Asia and is not part of the Schengen area, so Schengen 90/180 and ETIAS rules do not apply.
