🇲🇾马来西亚(Malaysia)🇳🇬尼日利亚(Nigeria)MY-NG 马来西亚(Malaysia) 前往 尼日利亚(Nigeria) 签证要求
Malaysian passport holders need an e-Visa to visit Nigeria for tourism. Apply online at the Nigeria Immigration Service e-Visa portal before you travel; there is no longer a visa-on-arrival option. A Malaysian ordinary passport holder cannot enter Nigeria visa-free for tourism. Since Nigeria launched its new e-Visa system on 1 March 2025 and phased out visa-on-arrival from 1 May 2025, all eligible foreign nationals (including Malaysians) must obtain an electronic visa online before departure. For short tourist trips the relevant category is the Tourism Visa (F5A), a single-entry e-Visa that is valid for 90 days from issuance and permits a stay of up to 30 days. The entire process is completed online at evisa.immigration.gov.ng: create an account, select the tourism category, upload your passport bio page, photo, return ticket, hotel reservation or host details, and recent bank statements, then pay the fee. Approval is delivered by email, typically within a few working days. Biometrics are captured on arrival, and travellers must also complete the digital Landing/Exit card. Nigeria is not a Schengen state, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. Malaysia is not an ECOWAS member and has no visa-waiver agreement with Nigeria, so the e-Visa requirement applies. Always confirm current fees and document lists with the Nigeria Immigration Service or the Nigerian High Commission in Kuala Lumpur before applying, as fees vary by nationality and reciprocity.
