🇲🇾马来西亚(Malaysia)🇲🇩摩尔多瓦(Moldova)MY-MD 马来西亚(Malaysia) 前往 摩尔多瓦(Moldova) 签证要求
Malaysian ordinary passport holders can travel to Moldova visa-free for up to 90 days within any 180-day period for tourism. No visa, eVisa, or visa-on-arrival is required. As of 30 May 2026, citizens of Malaysia holding an ordinary passport do NOT need a visa to enter the Republic of Moldova for short stays such as tourism. Malaysia has been on Moldova's unilateral visa-exemption list since 2014, and the exemption allows a stay of up to 90 days within any 180-day period. Travelers simply present a valid passport at the border together with supporting documents (return ticket, proof of accommodation and sufficient funds), and a free entry stamp is issued. The passport should be valid for at least 3 months beyond the intended departure date. Moldova is NOT part of the Schengen Area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and the EU ETIAS system do not apply to a trip to Moldova; the 90/180 day limit here is Moldova's own national rule. Note that overland routes via the breakaway Transnistria region have separate registration requirements. Because the visa-free channel is well established and confirmed by Moldova's Ministry of Foreign Affairs visa-exemption list and corroborating authoritative sources, no advance application is needed. As always, travelers should re-confirm requirements close to departure, since visa policies can change without notice.
