🇲🇾马来西亚(Malaysia)🇬🇶赤道几内亚(Equatorial Guinea)MY-GQ 马来西亚(Malaysia) 前往 赤道几内亚(Equatorial Guinea) 签证要求
Malaysian passport holders need an eVisa to enter Equatorial Guinea for tourism. Malaysia is not on the visa-exempt list, so you must apply online and obtain approval before you travel. As of 2026, ordinary Malaysian passport holders cannot enter Equatorial Guinea (GQ) visa-free. Equatorial Guinea launched a nationwide electronic visa system on 1 July 2023, operated through its official government partner VFS Global, and all visitors must hold an approved eVisa before arrival unless they are nationals of a small group of exempt countries (such as Turkey, UAE, Tunisia, Barbados, and CEMAC member states). Malaysia is not exempt. The tourist eVisa is single-entry and permits a stay of up to 90 days; applicants must enter via Malabo International Airport and present the printed or digital approval at check-in and immigration. Required documents include a passport valid for at least 6 months, a passport photo, proof of accommodation, return/onward ticket, proof of medical coverage, and a yellow fever vaccination certificate (International Certificate of Vaccination), which is also a health entry requirement. Processing is typically 24-72 hours but travelers should apply at least 1-2 weeks ahead. Government eVisa fees are quoted around 10,000 XAF; third-party and service-inclusive applications are commonly seen near USD 75. The verdict is eVisa-required; there is no visa-on-arrival or visa-free channel for Malaysian citizens.
