Georgia is NOT part of the Schengen Area or the European Union, so the Schengen 90/180-day rule and the EU ETIAS scheme do NOT apply to a trip to Georgia. An eVisa system exists (via evisa.gov.ge / the Embassy e-Visa portal) but it is intended for nationalities that DO require a visa; Malaysians do not need to use it for short visits. The passport should be valid for the duration of the intended stay and have a blank page for the entry stamp. Travelers may be asked at the border for proof of onward/return travel, accommodation, or sufficient funds, though this is rarely enforced strictly.
