马来西亚(Malaysia) 前往 爱沙尼亚(Estonia) 签证要求

Malaysian ordinary passport holders can travel to Estonia visa-free for tourism for up to 90 days within any 180-day period. Estonia is a Schengen member and Malaysia is on the EU visa-exempt (Annex II) list. No visa or ETIAS is required to enter as of June 2026; ETIAS is expected to launch in the last quarter of 2026. Estonia is a member of the Schengen Area, and Malaysia appears on Annex II of EU Regulation 2018/1806, the list of countries whose nationals are exempt from the short-stay Schengen visa requirement. This means a Malaysian ordinary passport holder may enter Estonia (and the wider Schengen Area) for tourism, business, family visits, or transit without a visa, for a maximum of 90 days within any rolling 180-day period. The traveller must hold a passport valid for at least three months beyond the intended departure date and issued within the previous 10 years, and may be asked at the border to show proof of onward/return travel, sufficient funds, accommodation, and travel medical insurance. Two EU systems affect this route. The Entry/Exit System (EES), which digitally registers non-EU travellers (recording biometrics and stamp-free entry/exit), began phased rollout from October 2025. The European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS), a EUR 20 online pre-travel authorisation, is expected to become operational in the last quarter of 2026; it is NOT yet required as of June 2026, and the EU advises travellers that no action is needed until an official start date is announced. Once ETIAS is live, Malaysian travellers will need to obtain it before departure, but it remains a visa-waiver authorisation, not a visa. Because the 90/180 limit is cumulative across all Schengen states, days spent in any other Schengen country count toward the same allowance.
