🇲🇾马来西亚(Malaysia)🇧🇳文莱(Brunei)MY-BN 马来西亚(Malaysia) 前往 文莱(Brunei) 签证要求
No visa needed. Malaysian ordinary passport holders can enter Brunei visa-free for up to 30 days for tourism or social visits. Malaysian ordinary passport holders do not need a visa to visit Brunei Darussalam for tourism or short social visits. Brunei's immigration authority classifies Malaysia under Category D, meaning no visa is required for entry. This exemption is long-standing: it was codified into the Passports (Visa) (Exemption) Order 1985, which took effect on 1 March 1985, so Malaysian (and Singaporean) citizens have never needed a visa to enter Brunei. The permitted visa-free stay is up to 30 days. Travelers simply need a passport valid for at least six months beyond the date of entry, proof of onward or return travel, and sufficient funds for the visit. On arrival, visitors complete an immigration arrival process and may be asked to show a return ticket and accommodation details. Note that the 30-day visa-free entry covers tourism and social visits only; employment, business activities for hire, or long-term stays require an appropriate visa or pass arranged in advance. Travelers should also observe Brunei's strict laws (for example, the country enforces strong penalties for drug offences and has restrictions on alcohol importation).
