墨西哥(Mexico) 前往 斯洛文尼亚(Slovenia) 签证要求

Mexican ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for short tourist visits to Slovenia. Slovenia is in the Schengen Area, and Mexico is on the EU visa-exempt list, so you may enter for up to 90 days within any 180-day period without a visa. No visa application is required before travel as of June 2026. Slovenia is a member of the Schengen Area, and Mexico appears on the EU's list of third countries whose nationals are exempt from the short-stay visa requirement. A Mexican citizen holding an ordinary (biometric) passport may therefore travel to Slovenia for tourism, business, family visits, or transit without obtaining a visa, staying up to 90 days in any rolling 180-day period across the entire Schengen Area (not just Slovenia). At the border, travelers must satisfy standard Schengen entry conditions: a passport valid for at least three months beyond the planned departure date and issued within the last ten years, proof of accommodation and sufficient funds, a return or onward ticket, and travel medical insurance is strongly advised. A major upcoming change: the European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS) is scheduled to begin operations in the last quarter of 2026 (October-December). Once live, visa-exempt nationals including Mexicans aged 18-70 will need an approved ETIAS authorization (EUR 20, valid up to 3 years) before boarding, after an initial transitional grace period. As of June 1, 2026, ETIAS is NOT yet required, so Mexicans can currently travel to Slovenia with only a valid passport. Travelers should check ETIAS status close to their departure date as the launch approaches.
