🇲🇽墨西哥(Mexico)🇷🇺俄罗斯(Russian Federation)MX-RU 墨西哥(Mexico) 前往 俄罗斯(Russian Federation) 签证要求
Mexican ordinary passport holders need a visa for Russia, but they qualify for Russia's unified electronic visa (e-visa) for tourism. It is applied for fully online, costs about USD 52, and allows a stay of up to 30 days. No consulate visit, invitation letter, or hotel booking is required. Mexico is on Russia's approved list of countries (64 nations) whose citizens may obtain the unified e-visa, confirmed by Russia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The unified e-visa is valid for 120 days from issue, permits a single entry with a stay of up to 30 days, and covers tourism, business, guest, and short study/sport purposes. Applications are submitted on the official MFA portal (evisa.kdmid.ru) and are processed within 4 calendar days. The consular fee is USD 52 (children under 6 are exempt). Applicants need a machine-readable passport valid at least 6 months, a digital face photo, and travel medical insurance covering Russia. Travelers must enter and exit only through designated checkpoints (major airports such as Moscow Sheremetyevo/Vnukovo and St. Petersburg Pulkovo, plus listed land and sea crossings). Russia is not part of the Schengen area, so Schengen 90/180 and ETIAS rules do not apply. Because Mexico and Russia have no visa-waiver agreement for ordinary passports, a visa (the e-visa being the simplest channel) is mandatory; default to a standard consular tourist visa only if a traveler's entry point is not e-visa eligible.
