🇲🇽墨西哥(Mexico)🇱🇹立陶宛(Lithuania)MX-LT 墨西哥(Mexico) 前往 立陶宛(Lithuania) 签证要求
Mexican ordinary passport holders can travel to Lithuania visa-free for tourism for up to 90 days within any 180-day period, as Mexico is on the EU's visa-exempt list (Annex II). No visa is required as of 2026-06-01. ETIAS travel authorisation will become mandatory only after its launch in Q4 2026. Lithuania is a full member of the Schengen Area, and Mexico appears on the EU's visa-exemption list (Regulation 2018/1806, Annex II). Consequently, holders of an ordinary Mexican passport may enter Lithuania and the wider Schengen Area without a visa for short stays of up to 90 days in any rolling 180-day period for tourism, business, family visits, or transit. The passport should be valid for at least three months beyond the intended departure date from Schengen and issued within the previous 10 years. As of today (2026-06-01), no electronic travel authorisation is required: the European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS) is confirmed to start operations in the last quarter of 2026 (October-December) and will not be mandatory before 2027. Once live, ETIAS will require visa-free nationals, including Mexicans, to obtain a pre-travel authorisation (fee EUR 20, valid 3 years or until passport expiry) before boarding. The Schengen 90/180 day limit is strictly enforced and counted across all Schengen states combined, not per country. Travelers who exceed 90 days, or who travel for work or long-term study, must apply for a national long-stay (type D) visa or residence permit from the Lithuanian Migration Department.
