🇲🇽墨西哥(Mexico)🇱🇦老挝(Laos)MX-LA 墨西哥(Mexico) 前往 老挝(Laos) 签证要求
Mexican ordinary passport holders need a visa to enter Laos. The simplest option is the official Lao eVisa, applied for online before travel: single entry, up to 30 days stay, around US$50 plus a small processing/bank fee. Laos does not grant visa-free entry to ordinary Mexican passport holders. Two practical channels exist for tourism: the official electronic visa (eVisa) obtained online before departure via the Lao Department of Immigration portal (laoevisa.gov.la), and visa on arrival (VOA) at major international airports and designated land/rail border crossings. Both deliver a single-entry tourist visa permitting a stay of up to 30 days. The eVisa is the recommended route because it is processed in advance (typically 3 working days), removes the need to queue and pay in cash at the border, and provides a pre-approved letter to present on arrival. The eVisa is valid for 60 days from issuance, meaning you must enter Laos within that window, and the 30-day stay can be extended in-country at a provincial immigration office. Note: Mexican diplomatic and official (non-ordinary) passport holders enjoy visa-free entry for up to 90 days, but this guide covers ordinary passports only. Passport must be valid at least six months beyond entry with at least one blank page.
