🇲🇽墨西哥(Mexico)🇮🇷伊朗(Iran)MX-IR 墨西哥(Mexico) 前往 伊朗(Iran) 签证要求
Mexican ordinary passport holders can enter Iran visa-free for tourism for up to 15 days. No advance visa is needed for a short visit. As of mid-2026, Mexico is one of the nationalities Iran exempts from short-stay tourist visas. Holders of an ordinary Mexican passport may enter Iran without a visa for tourism and stay up to 15 days, granted once within any 180-day period. The 15-day visa-free stay is non-extendable. Travelers wanting to stay longer than 15 days must instead obtain an Iranian tourist visa: either an eVisa (visa authorization code) through the official Ministry of Foreign Affairs portal at evisa.mfa.ir, or a visa on arrival (VOA) at major international airports, both of which allow stays up to 30 days (extendable to 90). Iran does not stamp passports on entry/exit, registering movements electronically instead, which avoids complications with third countries (notably the United States). A passport valid at least six months beyond the travel date is required. Iran is not in the Schengen area, so Schengen 90/180 and ETIAS rules do not apply. Note that several governments maintain elevated travel advisories for Iran; this guide addresses visa policy only, not safety conditions.
