墨西哥(Mexico) 前往 克罗地亚(Croatia) 签证要求

Mexican ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa to visit Croatia for tourism. Mexico is on the EU visa-exempt list, so you can enter Croatia (a full Schengen member since 1 January 2023) for up to 90 days within any 180-day period without a visa. As of 1 June 2026, no ETIAS travel authorisation is required yet, but it is expected to become mandatory after a transition period beginning in late 2026. Croatia became a full member of the Schengen Area on 1 January 2023. Mexico appears in Annex II of EU Regulation 2018/1806, the list of third countries whose nationals are exempt from short-stay visas. As a result, a Mexican citizen holding an ordinary passport may travel to Croatia for tourism, business, transit, or family visits without a visa for stays of up to 90 days in any rolling 180-day period. Because Croatia is in the Schengen zone, time spent there counts against the combined Schengen 90/180 allowance across all 29 Schengen states. At the border, travelers should be prepared to show a passport valid for at least three months beyond the planned departure, a return/onward ticket, proof of accommodation, and proof of sufficient funds (commonly cited around EUR 70 per day). Travel medical insurance is strongly recommended though not strictly mandatory for visa-free entry. Looking ahead, the EU's ETIAS travel authorisation is scheduled to launch in the last quarter of 2026 and become mandatory after a transitional period (expected into 2027). Once in force, Mexican travelers will need an approved ETIAS (EUR 20 fee, free for under-18s and over-70s, valid up to three years) before entering Croatia, but this is a pre-travel authorisation, not a visa, and does not change the visa-free status. As of 1 June 2026, ETIAS is not yet required. Stays beyond 90 days require a temporary residence permit applied for locally.
