🇲🇽墨西哥(Mexico)🇧🇾白俄罗斯(Belarus)MX-BY 墨西哥(Mexico) 前往 白俄罗斯(Belarus) 签证要求
Mexican ordinary passport holders can visit Belarus visa-free for up to 30 days for tourism, provided they both ARRIVE and DEPART by air through a Belarusian international airport (Minsk National and others). Entry by land or rail is NOT covered by this waiver. You must carry travel medical insurance (min. EUR 10,000 coverage) and proof of sufficient funds. An e-visa is the recommended alternative if you plan to enter or exit overland. Mexico has been on Belarus's visa-free-by-air list since 17 October 2021. Citizens of roughly 76 countries, including Mexico, may enter Belarus without a visa for up to 30 calendar days when arriving AND leaving exclusively through the country's international airports (Minsk National, Brest, Gomel, Grodno, Mogilev, Vitebsk). The waiver applies only to ordinary passports and only to air travel; arriving or departing by road, rail or river border, or via flights to/from Russia, voids the waiver. Travelers must hold a passport valid at least 90 days beyond the intended departure date, a medical insurance policy valid in Belarus with at least EUR 10,000 coverage, and funds of roughly 2 base rates per day (or 50 base rates for a full 30-day stay). Stays over 10 days require registration with local authorities. Belarus is NOT in the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. For travelers who must use a land border or want certainty in advance, Belarus offers a short-stay (up to 30 days) e-visa as a paid alternative. For stays beyond 30 days, a traditional visa from a Belarusian diplomatic mission is required. The 30-day air waiver remains in force as of mid-2026; travelers should reconfirm with the Belarus MFA before booking, as Belarus periodically revises and extends its visa-free decrees.
