🇰🇷韩国(South Korea)🇺🇦乌克兰(Ukraine)KR-UA 韩国(South Korea) 前往 乌克兰(Ukraine) 签证要求
Visa-free up to 90 days within any 180-day period. BUT South Korea's MOFA enforces a Level 4 travel ban (entry prohibited) on Ukraine due to the war. South Korean ordinary passport holders are legally visa-free to enter Ukraine for up to 90 days within any 180-day period for tourism, business, family visits and private purposes, under a bilateral visa-waiver agreement in force since 2006. No visa, eVisa or fee is required for short stays at the border. However, this is currently academic for ordinary travel: because of Russia's full-scale invasion, South Korea's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has placed all of Ukraine under a Level 4 \"Travel Ban\" (the highest advisory), legally prohibiting Korean nationals from traveling to or remaining in Ukraine and calling for evacuation. Ukrainian airspace is also closed to civilian flights, so there is no normal commercial way to arrive. Korean citizens who enter Ukraine in defiance of the ban can face penalties under Korea's Passport Act. The visa-free status would apply once the ban is lifted; until then, travel is not permitted regardless of the visa rule.
