🇰🇷韩国(South Korea)🇱🇷利比里亚(Liberia)KR-LR 韩国(South Korea) 前往 利比里亚(Liberia) 签证要求
South Korean ordinary passport holders need a visa to enter Liberia. The 1982 visa-waiver was cancelled on 18 July 2019. Because Liberia operates an embassy in Seoul, Koreans must apply for a consular tourist visa there and are NOT eligible for Liberia's electronic Visa-on-Arrival portal (which excludes nationals of countries with a Liberian embassy). As of 2026, a South Korea (KR) ordinary passport holder must obtain a visa before traveling to Liberia (LR) for tourism. Liberia and South Korea once had a visa-exemption arrangement (in place since 23 September 1982), but it was suspended/cancelled on 18 July 2019, and Korean ordinary-passport holders have required a visa since then. Liberia launched an electronic Visa-on-Arrival (e-VOA) system on 11 March 2025, but it is explicitly closed to residents of the 23 countries where Liberia maintains a diplomatic mission. Liberia operates an embassy in Seoul, so South Koreans fall in this excluded group and must apply for a single-entry tourist visa directly at the Embassy of Liberia in Seoul rather than online. A consular tourist visa is normally single-entry, permits a stay of about 30 to 90 days, and is valid for roughly three months from issue. A yellow fever vaccination certificate is mandatory for all travelers to Liberia. Note: some third-party news outlets reported a 2025/2026 "visa-free for 16 countries including South Korea" policy, but this is not reflected in Liberia's official immigration channels or in established references, so the conservative, verified position is that a visa is required.
