🇰🇷韩国(South Korea)🏳格陵兰(Greenland)KR-GL 韩国(South Korea) 前往 格陵兰(Greenland) 签证要求
South Korean ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for short tourist visits to Greenland. They can enter visa-free for up to 90 days. Note: Greenland is NOT part of the Schengen Area, so a Schengen visa is not valid there and ETIAS does not apply to Greenland. Greenland is an autonomous territory of the Kingdom of Denmark but is NOT part of the European Union or the Schengen Area. It applies its own visa policy, which mirrors the Schengen visa-exemption list: nationals who are exempt from Schengen short-stay visas (the EU Annex II list) may enter Greenland visa-free for up to 90 days. South Korea is on that visa-exempt list, so South Korean ordinary passport holders can travel to Greenland for tourism without a visa, staying up to 90 days within any 180-day period. Critically, because Greenland is outside Schengen, a Schengen visa does NOT permit entry to Greenland, and the upcoming ETIAS travel authorization (scheduled for late 2026) applies only to the Schengen Area, NOT to Greenland or the Faroe Islands. Travelers moving between Greenland and Schengen are not subject to document checks, but separate entry rules govern Greenland itself. A valid passport, sufficient funds, return/onward ticket, and proof of accommodation are the practical entry conditions. Direct international flights to Greenland operate via Copenhagen (Denmark) or Reykjavik (Iceland); travelers transiting Denmark or Iceland pass through Schengen and, from late 2026, would need ETIAS for that Schengen transit even though Greenland itself does not require it. A March 2026 Danish immigration change eased entry for third-country residence-permit holders but did not alter the visa-free status that already applies to South Korean nationals.
