🇰🇷韩国(South Korea)🇬🇪格鲁吉亚(Georgia)KR-GE 韩国(South Korea) 前往 格鲁吉亚(Georgia) 签证要求
South Korean ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa to visit Georgia. They may enter visa-free and stay up to 1 year (365 days) — one of the most generous visa-free allowances Georgia grants. Georgia is not part of the Schengen Area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. As of 2026, citizens of South Korea holding an ordinary passport can travel to Georgia (the country, Sakartvelo) without any visa for tourism, business or short visits. South Korea is on Georgia's most-favorable visa-free list, which permits a stay of up to 365 days (1 full year) per entry — far longer than the typical 90/180 allowance most nationalities receive. No prior application, eVisa, or visa-on-arrival is required; travelers simply present a valid passport at the border. Georgia is NOT a Schengen / EU member state and operates its own independent visa policy, so the Schengen 90/180 short-stay rule and the EU ETIAS travel authorization are irrelevant for entering Georgia. The most important recent change: since 1 January 2026, all foreign nationals (including South Koreans) entering Georgia must hold valid travel medical insurance covering the duration of their stay, with minimum coverage of 30,000 GEL. Passports should be valid for the period of intended stay (at least three months' validity beyond entry is the safe standard). Visa-free status covers tourism and short visits only; working, long-term study, or residence requires the appropriate residence permit or visa applied for separately.
