🇰🇷韩国(South Korea)🇧🇳文莱(Brunei)KR-BN 韩国(South Korea) 前往 文莱(Brunei) 签证要求
South Korean ordinary passport holders can enter Brunei visa-free for tourism and stay up to 30 days. No visa, eVisa, or visa-on-arrival is required for short visits. South Korea and Brunei have a reciprocal visa-waiver arrangement. Holders of an ordinary South Korean passport may enter Brunei Darussalam without a visa for short stays of up to 30 days for tourism, business meetings, and family/friend visits. This mutual visa-free regime was resumed on 1 May 2022 by the two governments after pandemic-era suspensions. To enter under this exemption, the passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the intended stay, and travelers should be able to show proof of onward or return travel and sufficient funds. There is no eVisa, ETA, or visa-on-arrival process for Korean tourists; entry is granted free of charge at the port of entry on arrival. Brunei is not part of the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. Note that Brunei enforces strict laws (it operates a Sharia-based penal code), and travelers should respect local customs, customs/duty rules, and the prohibition on importing alcohol beyond personal limits. Stays beyond 30 days require an extension from the Brunei Immigration and National Registration Department or a separate visa.
