🇰🇷韩国(South Korea)🇦🇫阿富汗(Afghanistan)KR-AF 韩国(South Korea) 前往 阿富汗(Afghanistan) 签证要求
South Korean ordinary passport holders need an e-visa for Afghanistan, but South Korea legally BANS its citizens from traveling there. For entry purposes, Afghanistan requires South Korean ordinary passport holders to hold a visa; as of March 2026 the Taliban administration operates an online tourist e-visa via the eafghans.com portal. South Korea is not on the excluded or conditional-eligibility lists, so KR citizens can apply. The e-visa is single-entry, allows up to a 30-day stay, must be used within 90 days of issue, and is currently accepted only for arrivals at Kabul International Airport. CRITICAL: this is not a route a Korean traveler should actually take. South Korea's Ministry of Foreign Affairs maintains a Level 4 (Travel Ban / Black) advisory for the whole of Afghanistan, and travel there is legally prohibited for Korean nationals under Article 26 of the Passport Act, carrying penalties of up to one year in prison or a fine up to 10 million KRW, plus possible passport cancellation. Afghanistan is not in the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. The visa channel below is documented for completeness; obtaining an Afghan e-visa does NOT make the trip legal for a Korean passport holder.
