日本(Japan) 前往 黑山(Montenegro) 签证要求

Japanese ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for tourism in Montenegro. You may enter visa-free and stay up to 90 days within any 180-day period. Montenegro grants visa-free entry to holders of ordinary Japanese passports for short stays of up to 90 days within any 180-day period for tourism, business, or transit. Montenegro is NOT a member of the Schengen Area or the European Union, so the EU's ETIAS travel authorization does NOT apply, and there is no separate eVisa or visa-on-arrival to obtain. However, Montenegro's policy mirrors Schengen-style short-stay rules and counts your days under a rolling 90/180 calculation. The single most important on-the-ground obligation is mandatory tourist registration: every foreign visitor must be registered with the local tourist office or police within 24 hours of arrival and pay a small daily tourist (residence) tax. Hotels and licensed accommodation handle this automatically and issue a "white card" (bijeli karton) receipt; travelers in private or unregistered accommodation must register themselves. Failure to register can lead to fines and entry problems on departure. Your passport should be valid for the duration of your stay; many carriers and border officers prefer validity of three to six months beyond your intended departure. No visa fee applies for this visa-free entry.
