🇯🇵日本(Japan)🇭🇳洪都拉斯(Honduras)JP-HN 日本(Japan) 前往 洪都拉斯(Honduras) 签证要求
Japanese ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for tourism in Honduras. Visa-free entry of up to 90 days is granted on arrival under a Japan-Honduras visa exemption agreement in force since 1974. Japan and Honduras maintain a long-standing reciprocal visa-exemption arrangement (in effect since 1 June 1974). Holders of an ordinary Japanese passport may enter Honduras for tourism and short visits without obtaining a visa in advance, receiving permission to stay up to 90 days, granted by the immigration officer at the port of entry. No eVisa, visa-on-arrival fee, or tourist card is required for the entry permit itself. Important: Honduras is a member of the CA-4 Border Control Agreement (with Guatemala, El Salvador and Nicaragua). The 90-day allowance is a regional limit applying to the combined time spent within all four CA-4 countries, not 90 days per country. Travellers should carry a passport valid for the duration of stay (6 months recommended), evidence of onward/return travel, proof of accommodation and sufficient funds, which border officials may request. The visa-free channel covers tourism and short stays only; paid work, volunteering and business employment require a separate visa/permit. Extensions beyond the CA-4 90-day limit must be requested from the Honduran immigration authority (Instituto Nacional de Migracion) before expiry. This verdict was confirmed against the Wikipedia visa policy summary (citing the 1974 Japan exemption) and corroborated by the Japan Ministry of Foreign Affairs short-stay exemption listing and independent travel references.
