🇯🇵日本(Japan)🇧🇿伯利兹(Belize)JP-BZ 日本(Japan) 前往 伯利兹(Belize) 签证要求
Japanese ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for tourism in Belize. Japan is on Belize's visa-exemption list. You receive an entry stamp at the port of entry (commonly 30 days, extendable, up to 90 days total). The main cost is the departure tax paid on exit, not a visa. As of 2026, Belize grants visa-free entry to holders of Japanese ordinary passports for tourism and short visits. Japan appears on the Belize Immigration Department's visa-exemption list and on the official visa policy of Belize. On arrival, travelers are granted an entry stamp (typically 30 days), which can be extended at an immigration office for a monthly fee up to a total of about 6-12 months. The passport should be valid for at least 6 months, and travelers must be able to show an onward/return ticket and sufficient funds (around US$75 per day). There is no visa fee, but Belize charges a departure tax on exit: roughly US$73.50 by air (largely pre-paid in airline tickets) and BZ$40 (about US$20) at land borders. Belize is not in the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply.
