🇯🇵日本(Japan)🇦🇱阿尔巴尼亚(Albania)JP-AL 日本(Japan) 前往 阿尔巴尼亚(Albania) 签证要求
Japanese ordinary passport holders can visit Albania visa-free for up to 90 days within any 180-day period for tourism. No visa, eVisa, or pre-registration is required before travel. As of 2026, holders of an ordinary Japanese passport do NOT need a visa to enter Albania for tourism or short visits. Under Albania's Law No. 79/2021 "On Foreigners" and Council of Ministers Decision No. 858 (29.12.2021), Japan is on Albania's visa-exemption list. Japanese travelers are admitted at the port of entry for stays of up to 90 days within any 180-day period, with no advance application, fee, or electronic authorization required. The traveler simply presents a valid passport (recommended valid for at least the duration of stay, ideally 6 months), and may be asked for proof of onward/return travel, sufficient funds, and accommodation. Albania is NOT in the Schengen Area, so the EU Schengen 90/180 clock and ETIAS do not apply to entry into Albania; Albania operates its own independent 90/180 short-stay rule. Stays beyond 90 days, or work/study/long-term residence, require a Type "D" visa and/or a residence permit obtained in advance. No 2024-2026 change has removed Japan's visa-free access; recent amendments to the Law on Foreigners do not affect short-stay tourist exemption for Japanese nationals. Verdict: visa-free.
