🇮🇹意大利(Italy)🇹🇳突尼斯(Tunisia)IT-TN 意大利(Italy) 前往 突尼斯(Tunisia) 签证要求
Italian ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for tourism in Tunisia. As EU citizens, they may enter visa-free and stay up to 90 days per visit. Since 1 January 2025, entry requires a valid passport (national ID cards are no longer accepted), with at least 3 months' validity. Tunisia grants visa-free entry to citizens of all EU member states (Italy included) for short tourist or business stays of up to 90 days (3 months) per visit. No visa, eVisa or visa-on-arrival is required in advance. The most important recent change concerns the accepted travel document: until 31 December 2024 Italians could in some cases enter on a national ID card (for organized group tours), but from 1 January 2025 the Tunisian authorities require a valid passport for all entries, confirmed by the Italian Embassy in Tunis and the Italian Foreign Ministry's Viaggiare Sicuri service. The passport must be valid for at least 3 months. Travelers are typically asked to show proof of accommodation (hotel booking) and a return/onward ticket on arrival. Tunisia is in North Africa and is NOT part of the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply to this destination; the 90-day limit is simply Tunisia's own visa-free allowance. For stays beyond 90 days, travelers must apply to a Tunisian consulate for a residence/long-stay authorization. Overstaying without authorization can result in fines payable on departure.
