意大利(Italy) 前往 黑山(Montenegro) 签证要求

Italian (EU) ordinary passport holders do not need a visa for Montenegro. You may enter and stay for up to 90 days within any 180-day period for tourism, visa-free, by presenting a valid passport at the border. Montenegro grants visa-free entry to all EU citizens, including Italian ordinary passport holders, for short tourist stays of up to 90 days within a 180-day period. Montenegro's visa policy is aligned with (but legally independent of) the Schengen Annex II list. Italy is in the EU and Schengen, but Montenegro is NOT a Schengen member, so time spent in Montenegro does not count against the Schengen 90/180 allowance, and Montenegro keeps its own separate immigration control and stay clock. An Italian citizen can travel with a national ID card or a passport: with a valid biometric ID card the visa-free stay is limited to 30 days, while a valid passport allows the full 90 days, so a passport is recommended for any longer trip. No visa, eVisa, or pre-travel authorization is required, and ETIAS does not apply to entering Montenegro (ETIAS concerns travel INTO the Schengen Area, which Montenegro is not part of). No fee is charged for visa-free entry. Travelers should ensure the passport is valid for the duration of stay (six months' validity is commonly advised as a margin) and may be asked for proof of onward/return travel, accommodation, and sufficient funds. One practical obligation: foreign visitors must be registered with the local police/tourist authority within 24 hours of arrival; hotels and licensed accommodation do this automatically, but those staying in private/unregistered lodging must register themselves. Standard tourism, family visits, and short business meetings are permitted under visa-free entry; paid work, employment, or stays beyond 90 days require an appropriate residence/work permit. The verdict was verified against the Government of Montenegro entry-requirements page and the published Montenegro visa policy.
