🇮🇹意大利(Italy)🇱🇾利比亚(Libya)IT-LY 意大利(Italy) 前往 利比亚(Libya) 签证要求
Italian ordinary passport holders need a visa for Libya. Since 21 March 2024 a tourist eVisa is available online (single entry, up to 30-day stay), but a local sponsor or tour operator is mandatory and independent tourism is effectively not permitted. A visa is required for ordinary Italian passport holders traveling to Libya for tourism; there is no visa-free or visa-on-arrival channel for ordinary passports (only diplomatic, official, service and special passport holders enjoy a 90-day waiver). Libya launched an electronic visa (eVisa) system at evisa.gov.ly on 21 March 2024. The tourist eVisa costs about USD 63, is valid for 90 days from issue, allows a single entry and a stay of up to 30 days. Crucially, Libya requires every visitor to have a registered local sponsor or to travel through an accredited Libyan tour operator; purely independent tourism is generally not authorized, and applicants without a sponsor are typically refused. Travelers must also hold a passport valid at least six months with a blank page, show proof of onward travel and adequate funds (around 1,000 Libyan Dinars on arrival), and must NOT have any Israeli stamp, visa or evidence of travel to Israel, which causes automatic refusal of entry. Many travelers still obtain a sticker/embassy visa through the Libyan Embassy in Rome or the Consulates in Milan and Palermo, especially when a tour operator handles the paperwork. The Italian Foreign Ministry (Farnesina / Viaggiare Sicuri) strongly advises against all travel to Libya for security reasons, so this guide is for reference only.
