🇮🇹意大利(Italy)🇩🇴多米尼加(Dominican Republic)IT-DO 意大利(Italy) 前往 多米尼加(Dominican Republic) 签证要求
Italian (EU) passport holders do NOT need a visa for tourism in the Dominican Republic. They are admitted visa-free for up to 30 days (extendable up to 120 days for a fee). The only mandatory step is the free online E-Ticket migration form; the US$10 tourist card fee is bundled into airfare for air arrivals. Italy is on the Dominican Republic's visa-free list as a member of the European Union, so an ordinary Italian passport holder traveling for tourism or a short visit does not require a visa, eVisa, or visa-on-arrival. On arrival, travelers are typically granted an initial stay of up to 30 days, which can be extended at the General Directorate of Migration (DGM) for an additional fee up to a total of 120 days. Every air passenger must complete the free, mandatory electronic entry/exit form (E-Ticket) at eticket.migracion.gob.do before reaching the airline check-in counter. The legacy US$10 tourist card fee is automatically included in the price of the airline ticket for passengers flying in (those arriving by land or sea pay it on arrival). Since 1 December 2024, the DGM has waived the usual 6-month passport validity rule for EU tourists, allowing entry on a passport valid only for the duration of the stay; this flexibility is currently extended through 31 December 2026. A round-trip/onward ticket and proof of sufficient funds may be requested. The Dominican Republic is not in the Schengen area, so Schengen 90/180 rules and ETIAS do not apply to this route.
