🇮🇹意大利(Italy)🇧🇾白俄罗斯(Belarus)IT-BY 意大利(Italy) 前往 白俄罗斯(Belarus) 签证要求
Italian passport holders can visit Belarus visa-free for up to 30 days per entry under a decree valid through 31 December 2026, capped at 90 days total within a calendar year. As of 2026, Italy is one of 38 European countries whose ordinary-passport holders may enter Belarus without a visa for short tourist visits. The unilateral visa-free regime was introduced in July 2024, repeatedly extended, and now runs through 31 December 2026. Italian citizens may enter through all international road and rail border crossings as well as Minsk National Airport and other Belarusian airports, using a valid passport. The maximum stay is 30 days per entry, with no cap on the number of entries, but cumulative visa-free time may not exceed 90 days in a calendar year. Travelers should carry a valid travel document, hold medical insurance valid in Belarus, and have sufficient funds. The visa-free channel covers tourism and short visits only; it cannot be used for work, study, residence, or onward transit to Russia. Visitors must register their stay at their accommodation (hotels do this automatically) if staying beyond the allowed registration-free window. Because Belarus is not in the Schengen area, the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply here. The verdict is firmly visa-free, confirmed directly against the Belarus Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the State Border Committee.
