🇮🇳印度(India)🇷🇸塞尔维亚(Serbia)IN-RS 印度(India) 前往 塞尔维亚(Serbia) 签证要求
Indian ordinary passport holders need a visa to visit Serbia. Since 1 January 2023, the previous 30-day visa-free entry was withdrawn. Tourists apply for a Short-Stay Visa C, which can be obtained online via Serbia's official eVisa portal (welcometoserbia.gov.rs) or at a Serbian embassy. Exception: holders of a valid Schengen, UK or US visa/residence permit may enter visa-free for up to 90 days within 180. As of 30 May 2026, India is not on Serbia's visa-exemption list. The visa-free regime that allowed Indian nationals 30 days was removed effective 1 January 2023, so an ordinary Indian passport holder must hold a visa before travel. For tourism the relevant category is the Short-Stay Visa C, which permits a stay of up to 90 days within any 180-day period with single, double or multiple entries. Serbia operates an electronic visa (e-Visa C) system at welcometoserbia.gov.rs / evisa.welcometoserbia.gov.rs, allowing eligible applicants (including Indian nationals) to apply fully online without visiting a consulate, though in-person application at a Serbian diplomatic mission remains available. The government fee is EUR 60, plus a EUR 2 visa-sticker charge if approved (collected in INR at consulates, roughly INR 5,300 + INR 200). Processing typically takes about 5 to 15 working days; applications may be lodged up to three months before travel. A key exception: Indian nationals holding a valid Schengen, UK or US visa or residence permit may enter Serbia visa-free for up to 90 days within 180, provided the underlying visa/permit stays valid for the whole stay. Serbia is NOT in the Schengen Area, so the EU/Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply to a Serbia trip; however, time spent in Serbia does not count against Schengen days, and vice versa. Required documents include a passport issued within the last 10 years and valid at least 90 days beyond departure with two blank pages, proof of accommodation or a tourist itinerary, travel medical insurance, a recent photo, and proof of fee payment.
