🇮🇳印度(India)🇨🇺古巴(Cuba)IN-CU 印度(India) 前往 古巴(Cuba) 签证要求
Indian ordinary passport holders need an eVisa to visit Cuba for tourism. Since July 1, 2025, the electronic visa (eVisa) has fully replaced the old paper Tourist Card and is mandatory before travel — there is no visa-free entry and no visa-on-arrival for Indian nationals. Cuba does not grant visa-free access to Indian ordinary passport holders. As of July 1, 2025, Cuba operates a mandatory electronic visa (eVisa) system that replaced the long-standing physical Tourist Card (tarjeta del turista). The eVisa is applied for online via Cuba's official portal (evisacuba.cu) or through the Cuban Embassy in New Delhi and authorized agents. It is a single-entry document permitting a tourist stay of up to 90 days, extendable once for a further 90 days at a Cuban immigration office. The government fee is approximately USD 50, with processing typically within about 72 business hours. Separately, every traveler must complete the free online D'Viajeros declaration within 7 days before arrival (it generates a QR code scanned at immigration) and must hold valid travel medical insurance, a return/onward ticket, proof of accommodation, and proof of funds (about USD 50 per day). Cuba is not part of the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. Because Cuba does not offer a no-visa channel for Indian passports, the correct verdict is eVisa (visa required, obtained electronically before departure).
