🇮🇱以色列(Israel)🇻🇪委内瑞拉(Venezuela)IL-VE 以色列(Israel) 前往 委内瑞拉(Venezuela) 签证要求
Israeli ordinary passport holders need a visa to visit Venezuela for tourism. There is no visa-free or visa-on-arrival channel. Since April 2026 Venezuela operates an electronic visa (eVisa) issued by its Ministry of Foreign Affairs, so apply online before travel; a traditional consular sticker visa remains an alternative path. A tourist trip to Venezuela on an Israeli ordinary passport requires a visa obtained in advance - Israel is not on Venezuela's visa-exempt list for ordinary passports (only diplomatic, official and service passports are exempt). In April 2026 Venezuela's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MPPRE) rolled out a fully electronic visa system: applicants complete the online "Planilla solicitud de visas / Visa application form," upload documents, pay online, and receive an approved eVisa by email to print and present at the border, with no passport sticker required. Typical processing is around 15 days (down from roughly six weeks under the old consular process). The tourist visa is generally issued for one year, allows multiple entries and permits stays of up to 90 days per entry, extendable once at the discretion of Venezuelan immigration. Two important complications apply specifically to Israeli travelers: Venezuela severed diplomatic relations with Israel in 2009, there is no functioning Venezuelan consular mission inside Israel, and Israel's Ministry of Foreign Affairs/National Security Council advises Israeli citizens against traveling to Venezuela. Travelers should therefore rely on the online eVisa channel, verify the current portal and fee directly with Venezuelan authorities, carry full supporting documentation (proof of funds, accommodation, return ticket, insurance), and review the Israeli travel advisory before booking.
