🇮🇱以色列(Israel)🇹🇲土库曼斯坦(Turkmenistan)IL-TM 以色列(Israel) 前往 土库曼斯坦(Turkmenistan) 签证要求
Israeli passport holders need a visa to visit Turkmenistan, and there is no visa-free or simple visa-on-arrival channel. You must first secure a Letter of Invitation (LOI) approved by Turkmenistan's State Migration Service through a licensed local travel agency, then obtain the visa at a Turkmen embassy/consulate or on arrival at Ashgabat airport. Turkmenistan operates one of the world's most restrictive visa regimes, and there are no bilateral visa-waiver or unilateral exemptions for ordinary Israeli passport holders. Every foreign tourist must obtain a Letter of Invitation (LOI) arranged by a Turkmenistan-licensed travel agency and certified by the State Migration Service before a visa can be issued. Once the LOI is approved, the traveler either collects a visa sticker at a Turkmen diplomatic mission abroad or receives a visa on arrival at Ashgabat International Airport (or designated land borders) on presentation of the pre-approved LOI. Tourist stays are typically capped at around 10 days (often extendable by another 10). Turkmenistan is not in the Schengen area, so the 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. Note: in April 2025 Turkmenistan amended its Migration Law to introduce an e-visa and abolish the LOI requirement, but as of mid-2026 the e-visa platform is NOT yet operational and the supporting presidential decree (fees, categories, durations) has not been published, so the LOI-based system remains fully in force. All visitors must also register with the State Migration Service within 3 working days of arrival.
