🇮🇱以色列(Israel)🇸🇷苏里南(Suriname)IL-SR 以色列(Israel) 前往 苏里南(Suriname) 签证要求
Israeli ordinary-passport holders do NOT need a traditional consular visa for tourism in Suriname, but they MUST obtain a Suriname e-Tourist Card online before travel (paying the USD 50 / EUR 50 entry fee). Israel is not on the 21-country list that requires a full e-Visa, so the e-Tourist Card is the correct channel for a short tourist stay of up to 90 days. Since the 1 May 2023 reform of Suriname's visa policy, nationals of most countries — including Israel — can travel to Suriname for tourism or family visits without a consular visa, provided they purchase an e-Tourist Card (online entry fee of USD 50 or EUR 50) before arrival. Suriname unilaterally re-imposed a full e-Visa requirement on 21 specified nationalities (mainly EU states, Canada, Colombia, Guyana); Israel is NOT on that list. Therefore an Israeli ordinary passport holder uses the e-Tourist Card route: a single-entry, tourism-only electronic authorization valid for entry within a set window and permitting a stay of up to 90 days. It must be obtained online (via the official VFS Global e-Visa portal) at least 72 hours before travel. Travelers also need a passport valid at least 6 months with a blank page and a return/onward ticket. Suriname is in South America and is NOT part of the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. Because the e-Tourist Card is mandatory and must be secured in advance, the most accurate single verdict for an Israeli traveler is an electronic visa/authorization ("evisa"), rather than purely visa-free or visa-on-arrival.
