🇮🇱以色列(Israel)🇸🇴索马里(Somalia)IL-SO 以色列(Israel) 前往 索马里(Somalia) 签证要求
Israeli ordinary passport holders need a visa for the Federal Republic of Somalia. As of 1 September 2025, entry is handled through a mandatory online eVisa / eTAS system that must be obtained before departure. There is no visa-free or visa-on-arrival channel for the Federal Republic of Somalia. A Israeli ordinary passport holder traveling to the Federal Republic of Somalia for tourism requires a visa, obtained electronically through the mandatory eVisa / eTAS (electronic Travel Authorization System) launched by Somalia's Immigration & Citizenship Agency on 1 September 2025. The application is filed online at evisa.gov.so or etas.gov.so before travel: applicants complete the digital form, upload a passport bio page and photo, and pay the fee (approximately USD 65). The single-entry tourist eVisa is valid for entry within 90 days of issue and permits a stay of up to 30 days. Non-Somali tourists must select a registered Sponsor Organization and obtain an official Sponsor Letter (Warqad Dammaanad / Letter of Guarantee) as part of the application, so travelers should arrange a sponsoring host or tour operator in advance and apply several weeks before departure. Standard processing typically takes 3-7 working days. Note that this guidance covers the Federal Republic of Somalia (e.g. Mogadishu / Aden Adde International Airport); the breakaway region of Somaliland (Hargeisa) operates its own separate entry regime and, following Israel's December 2025 recognition of Somaliland, offers Israeli travelers a cash visa on arrival there, which is outside the scope of a Federal Somalia eVisa. Security conditions in Somalia are severe and most governments advise against all travel; an eVisa does not change that risk picture.
