🇮🇱以色列(Israel)🇸🇪瑞典(Sweden)IL-SE 以色列(Israel) 前往 瑞典(Sweden) 签证要求
No visa is required. Israeli ordinary passport holders can travel to Sweden (a Schengen country) visa-free for tourism for up to 90 days within any 180-day period. Sweden is part of the Schengen Area, and Israel is on the EU's list of visa-exempt nationalities for short stays. An Israeli ordinary (biometric) passport holder may enter Sweden and travel throughout the Schengen Area for tourism, business, or family visits without a visa, for a maximum of 90 days in any rolling 180-day period. No advance authorization is needed at the border beyond a valid passport that was issued within the previous 10 years and remains valid for at least 3 months beyond the intended departure date. You simply present your passport at the external Schengen border; an immigration officer may ask for proof of onward/return travel, sufficient funds, and accommodation. Note one upcoming change: ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorisation System) is scheduled to begin operations in the last quarter of 2026 and will eventually become a mandatory pre-travel authorisation (EUR 20, valid 3 years) for visa-exempt travellers including Israelis. As of the verification date it is NOT yet required and short visa-free travel continues unchanged; a roughly six-month transitional period after launch means enforcement is expected around 2027. For stays beyond 90 days, work, or study, a Swedish residence permit is required instead.
