以色列(Israel) 前往 俄罗斯(Russian Federation) 签证要求

Israeli ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for tourist trips to Russia. Under the Israel-Russia mutual visa-waiver agreement, you may stay up to 90 days within any 180-day period. Russia is not in the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. Russia and Israel have a bilateral visa-waiver agreement (in force since September 2008) that lets ordinary passport holders of each country enter the other visa-free for tourism, business, private visits and transit for up to 90 days within any 180-day period. No visa, eVisa or visa-on-arrival is needed for a short tourist stay. Travelers must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond entry with a blank page, carry proof of onward/return travel, and have valid travel medical insurance. Since 30 June 2025 Russia runs an experimental electronic registration scheme (the Gosuslugi RuID app) for visa-free arrivals, which generates a QR code from your passport and biometric data to be shown at the border. Russian authorities have clarified that during the experiment (extended to 31 December 2027) RuID registration is recommended/voluntary rather than strictly enforced, and travelers without a QR code are generally not being turned away. It is still wise to register at least 72 hours before arrival to speed up the border crossing and avoid airline boarding questions. Russia is NOT part of the Schengen area, so Schengen short-stay limits and the EU ETIAS system are irrelevant to this route.
