There is no tourist-visa channel: an Israeli passport holder cannot freely visit the main Palestinian-governed areas. Israeli military order bans Israeli citizens from entering West Bank Area A (Bethlehem, Ramallah, Jericho, Nablus, Hebron H1) and the Gaza Strip without a special IDF permit. Treat this route as permit-required (visa-required). Palestine (the West Bank and Gaza) has no independent visa system of its own. Access to the West Bank is controlled by the Government of Israel and access to Gaza is controlled by Hamas and Egypt; there are no visa conditions imposed on travelers beyond those set by Israel's visa policy. For an Israeli ORDINARY passport holder, the decisive rule is an Israeli military order that prohibits Israeli citizens from entering Area A of the West Bank — the zones under full Palestinian Authority civil and security control, which include nearly all major Palestinian tourist cities such as Bethlehem, Ramallah, Jericho, Nablus and central Hebron (H1) — as well as the Gaza Strip. Red road signs mark Area A entrances warning Israeli citizens that entry is forbidden and dangerous. Lawful entry requires a special permit from the IDF / COGAT, which is granted only in exceptional, case-by-case circumstances and not for ordinary tourism. Israeli citizens may move freely in Area B and Area C and on the main connecting roads without a permit, but these are not the Palestinian-governed tourist destinations. Because no visa-free, eVisa, eTA or visa-on-arrival tourist channel exists for an Israeli passport holder into PA-controlled Palestine or Gaza, the route is conservatively classified as visa-required (permit-required), and casual tourist entry to Area A/Gaza is effectively not permitted.
