🇮🇱以色列(Israel)🇲🇱马里(Mali)IL-ML 以色列(Israel) 前往 马里(Mali) 签证要求
Israeli passport holders need a visa to enter Mali. There is no eVisa or visa on arrival, so the visa must be obtained in advance from a Malian embassy or consulate before travel. As of 2026, Israel (ordinary passport) holders require a visa to visit Mali for tourism. Mali maintains a relatively restrictive visa policy: only ECOWAS members, a handful of African and Gulf states (e.g., Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Mauritania, Chad, UAE), and Hong Kong/Macao enjoy visa-free access, while Rwanda gets visa on arrival. Israel is not on any of these lists, and Mali does not operate a general electronic visa (eVisa) channel for tourists. Israeli travelers must therefore apply for a paper/sticker tourist visa at a Malian diplomatic mission accredited to their region before departure. Because Mali has no embassy in Israel, applicants typically apply through the nearest accredited Malian mission (for example in a European capital) or use an authorized visa-handling service. A yellow fever vaccination certificate is mandatory for entry. Travelers should also note that Mali is under elevated security advisories; conditions can change, so confirm requirements directly with the Malian mission before booking.
