🇮🇱以色列(Israel)🇱🇷利比里亚(Liberia)IL-LR 以色列(Israel) 前往 利比里亚(Liberia) 签证要求
Yes, Israeli passport holders need a visa for Liberia. Israel is not on any visa-free or visa-exempt list. Most travelers apply online for an electronic Visa on Arrival before flying and collect it at Monrovia airport; some apply at a Liberian mission abroad. An Israeli ordinary passport holder requires a visa to visit Liberia for tourism. Israel does not appear on Liberia's visa-exempt list (which covers ECOWAS states and a handful of other nationalities), so a visa must be obtained in advance. Since March 11, 2025 Liberia operates an Electronic Visa on Arrival (eVOA) via the official Liberia Immigration Service portal at visaonarrival.lis.gov.lr: travelers register, upload documents, pay the USD 102.50 fee online, receive an approval/confirmation, and complete biometric capture and visa issuance at Roberts International Airport (Monrovia). The eVOA is single-entry and valid for 30 or 90 days as set by the immigration officer, with approval valid for entry within three months. Note that nationals of countries hosting a Liberian embassy are normally required to apply at that embassy rather than via the portal; Liberia announced plans (2023) to open a mission in Israel, but no clearly operational Liberian embassy in Israel is confirmed, so Israeli travelers in practice use the eVOA portal or apply at the nearest Liberian mission (e.g., Cairo). Because the verdict hinges on a visa being mandatory and the no-visa channel does not exist for Israel, the conservative classification is visa-required. Passport must be valid at least six months and proof of onward travel is recommended. Travelers should verify current rules with the official portal before booking.
