以色列(Israel) 前往 爱沙尼亚(Estonia) 签证要求

Israeli ordinary passport holders can travel to Estonia visa-free for tourism, staying up to 90 days within any 180-day period across the Schengen Area. From Q4 2026, an ETIAS travel authorization (around EUR 20) is expected to be required before travel, but it is not a visa. Estonia is a member of the Schengen Area, and Israel is on the EU's list of visa-exempt third countries. The Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs explicitly lists Israel among nationalities that do not need a visa for short stays. As a result, an Israeli ordinary passport holder may enter Estonia and the wider Schengen Area for tourism without a visa for up to 90 days in any rolling 180-day period. The passport should be valid for at least three months beyond the intended departure date and issued within the previous 10 years. No visa fee or advance application is currently required. Travelers should still be prepared to show proof of onward travel, accommodation, and sufficient funds at the border. A significant upcoming change is ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorisation System), which is scheduled to launch in the last quarter of 2026, followed by a transitional period. Once ETIAS becomes mandatory, Israeli citizens will need to obtain this online authorization (expected fee around EUR 20, valid up to 3 years or until passport expiry) before traveling, but it remains a pre-screening authorization rather than a visa. As of 2 June 2026, ETIAS is not yet in force, so visa-free entry without ETIAS still applies. The separate Entry/Exit System (EES) biometric registration is also being rolled out at Schengen external borders.
