以色列(Israel) 前往 奥地利(Austria) 签证要求

Israeli ordinary passport holders can travel to Austria visa-free for tourism, staying up to 90 days within any 180-day period across the Schengen Area. No visa or pre-authorization is required as of 2 June 2026. The EU's ETIAS travel authorization is expected to become mandatory only from the last quarter of 2026. Austria is part of the Schengen Area, and Israel is on the EU's visa-exempt list. An Israeli citizen holding an ordinary (biometric) passport may enter Austria without a visa for tourism or business and stay up to 90 days in any rolling 180-day period. This 90/180 limit is cumulative across ALL Schengen countries, not Austria alone. The passport must have been issued within the previous 10 years and be valid for at least 3 months beyond the planned departure. As of today (2 June 2026), no electronic travel authorization is yet required. The European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS) is scheduled to launch in the last quarter of 2026, after which visa-exempt nationals such as Israelis will need an approved ETIAS (EUR 20, valid up to 3 years) before boarding. The EU has stated it will announce the precise start date at least six months in advance, and a transitional grace period will follow launch. Travelers should also be aware the Entry/Exit System (EES) biometric border registration is being phased in. For stays beyond 90 days or for work/study, a national Visa D or residence permit is required.
