印度尼西亚(Indonesia) 前往 东帝汶(Timor-Leste) 签证要求

Indonesian ordinary passport holders can enter Timor-Leste visa-free for up to 30 days for tourism. No visa, eVisa, or visa-on-arrival fee is required. Indonesia and Timor-Leste have a bilateral visa-exemption arrangement that took effect on 19 September 2019. Under it, holders of ordinary Indonesian passports may enter Timor-Leste without a visa and stay for up to 30 days per visit for tourism or short visits. This makes Indonesia one of only a handful of countries (alongside Cape Verde and several ASEAN members such as Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Laos) whose ordinary passport holders are visa-exempt for Timor-Leste; most other nationalities must pay the USD 30 visa-on-arrival fee at Dili airport/seaport or apply in advance. The exemption covers the standard short-stay tourist purpose. Travelers must still hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond the date of arrival with at least one blank page for the entry stamp, and should carry proof of onward/return travel and sufficient funds, as immigration officers may request these. A practical caveat applies to land arrivals from Indonesian West Timor: visa-on-arrival is no longer issued at land borders, and non-exempt nationals need a Visa Application Authorization from the Timor-Leste Consulate in Kupang. As a visa-exempt Indonesian national, you are admitted at the border, but it is prudent to confirm current procedures at the land crossing with the Kupang consulate before traveling overland. The 30-day visa-free stay can generally be extended once for a further 30 days by applying to the Migration/Interior authorities in Dili before expiry. Timor-Leste is not part of the Schengen Area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply.
