🇮🇩印度尼西亚(Indonesia)🇸🇿斯威士兰(eSwatini)ID-SZ 印度尼西亚(Indonesia) 前往 斯威士兰(eSwatini) 签证要求
Indonesian ordinary passport holders need a visa for eSwatini. Indonesia is not on eSwatini's visa-exempt list, so travelers must obtain a visa before arrival, now primarily through the official eVisa portal (evisa.gov.sz); applications via an Eswatini mission abroad remain an alternative. Visa-on-arrival is not reliably available. As of mid-2026, Indonesia is NOT among the roughly 100+ countries whose ordinary-passport holders enjoy visa-free entry to the Kingdom of eSwatini. eSwatini's visa exemption applies to Commonwealth nations, the USA, Japan, and most EU states, plus selected others — Indonesia is excluded. A visa-exemption agreement signed with Indonesia in September 2024 covers ONLY diplomatic and service passports and, in any case, remains unratified, so it does not help ordinary tourists.
Indonesian tourists must therefore obtain a visa in advance. eSwatini has rolled out an official eVisa system at evisa.gov.sz, operated by the Ministry of Home Affairs, which is now the recommended channel for short tourist visits. Travelers who cannot use the eVisa may apply through an eSwatini High Commission/Embassy abroad (eSwatini has no resident mission in Indonesia; the missions in Kuala Lumpur, Pretoria, or other accredited posts typically serve the region). Visa-on-arrival is not a dependable option — it has been effectively suspended in favor of the eVisa/Government Terminal System, so a traveler should arrive with the visa already issued and approved.
Tourist visas allow a stay of up to 30 days, extendable once for a further 30 days at the Ministry of Home Affairs in Mbabane; stays beyond 60 days require a Temporary Residence Permit. Passports must be valid at least three months beyond the intended stay and contain at least two blank pages. Typical single-entry tourist visa fees run roughly USD 35-60 (or the eVisa equivalent), with embassy processing of about 5-15 working days; the eVisa is generally faster. Conservatively, this route is classified "evisa" because the official online channel is the practical route for Indonesian tourists, with consular application as the fallback.
