🇮🇩印度尼西亚(Indonesia)🇸🇻萨尔瓦多(El Salvador)ID-SV 印度尼西亚(Indonesia) 前往 萨尔瓦多(El Salvador) 签证要求
Indonesian passport holders need a visa to enter El Salvador. Indonesia is on El Salvador's restricted list, so travelers cannot use the simplified airport tourist card. A consular visa with prior approval from immigration authorities in El Salvador is required before travel. El Salvador grants visa-free entry (or a US$12 airport tourist card) to nationals of roughly 89 jurisdictions for stays up to 90/180 days. Indonesia is NOT among them. Indonesia appears on El Salvador's restricted list of nationalities that "cannot obtain a visa on a simplified procedure and whose application needs to be approved in El Salvador." This means an Indonesian ordinary-passport holder must apply for a consular tourist visa at a Salvadoran embassy or consulate (El Salvador has no resident embassy in Jakarta, so applications are usually handled by the nearest accredited mission, often in another Asian country, or sent for authorization to the General Directorate of Migration in San Salvador). The application is forwarded to El Salvador for approval before the visa is issued, which adds significant lead time. Some commercial visa-agency websites advertise an "El Salvador eVisa" for Indonesians, but this is not a genuine government channel for restricted nationalities; the authoritative position is that prior consular authorization is required. El Salvador is not in the Schengen area, so Schengen/ETIAS rules do not apply. Because the no-visa channel cannot be confirmed for Indonesia and official sources point to mandatory prior approval, the conservative and correct verdict is visa-required. Once admitted, El Salvador's CA-4 agreement (with Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua) allows onward travel within those four countries on the same entry, subject to the 90-day regional limit.
