An Indonesian ordinary passport holder cannot travel to Palestine on a simple tourist visa. Palestine has no independent immigration system: all entry to the West Bank and Gaza is controlled by Israel's visa policy and Israeli-run crossings. Because Indonesia has no diplomatic relations with Israel, Indonesians are NOT visa-exempt and cannot use the Israeli ETA-IL; an individual Israeli tourist visa is generally unavailable, and access is in practice limited to organized group travel arranged through a licensed agency with advance authorization. Treat this route as visa-required and high-difficulty. There is no such thing as a stand-alone "Palestine tourist visa." The Palestinian Authority does not control its own borders; the State of Israel controls all entry points to the West Bank (Allenby/King Hussein Bridge from Jordan, Ben Gurion Airport) and to Gaza (Erez and the Israel-controlled side of Rafah). Consequently, any foreign visitor's ability to reach Palestine is governed entirely by Israel's visa policy. Israel launched a mandatory ETA-IL (electronic travel authorization) on 1 January 2025 for its roughly 90+ visa-exempt nationalities, but Indonesia is NOT on that list. Indonesia and Israel have no diplomatic relations, so an Indonesian ordinary passport holder cannot obtain the ETA-IL and cannot normally get an individual Israeli tourist visa. In practice, the only realistic legal channel is organized group/pilgrimage travel through an Israeli-licensed travel agency, which submits a coordinated visa/entry request (typically at least ~30 days before arrival); approval is discretionary and not guaranteed. Entry via Jordan (Allenby Bridge) still requires Israeli border approval and may be stamped for Palestinian Authority areas only. Gaza is effectively closed to ordinary tourists. Given the absence of any reliable visa-free, visa-on-arrival, or eVisa channel for Indonesian nationals, the conservative and accurate verdict is visa-required, with significant practical and political barriers. Travelers should consult an experienced agency and verify the latest status with Indonesia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs before making any plans.
