🇮🇩印度尼西亚(Indonesia)🇲🇱马里(Mali)ID-ML 印度尼西亚(Indonesia) 前往 马里(Mali) 签证要求
Indonesian ordinary passport holders need a visa BEFORE traveling to Mali. Mali has no visa-on-arrival or eVisa for Indonesians, so you must apply in advance at a Malian embassy or consulate (the nearest accredited mission, as there is no Malian embassy in Indonesia). A yellow fever vaccination certificate is mandatory. As of 2026-05-30, Indonesia is not on Mali's visa-exemption list (which covers ECOWAS states plus a few others such as Algeria, Morocco, Mauritania, Tunisia, Hong Kong and Macau). Mali does not operate a general electronic visa system and grants visa-on-arrival only to a very narrow set of nationalities (e.g. Rwanda), which does not include Indonesia. Therefore an Indonesian ordinary passport holder must obtain a tourist visa in advance from a Malian diplomatic mission. Because Mali has no embassy in Jakarta, applications are typically lodged at the nearest accredited Malian mission (for example New Delhi or Beijing) or through Mali's official consular portal. A typical short-stay tourist visa is single-entry, valid for up to 90 days, costs around USD 80, and is processed in roughly 5 working days. A yellow fever vaccination certificate is a strict entry requirement. Travelers should also note severe security advisories: many governments advise against all travel to Mali due to terrorism, kidnapping and armed conflict. Verify current requirements with the Malian mission before booking.
