Do France passport holders need a visa to visit YE?

French passport holders need a visa to enter Yemen. There is no visa-free or individual visa-on-arrival option, and the eVisa (launched June 2025) is currently restricted to accredited tour-group applications, so most travelers must apply at a Yemeni embassy or consulate before departure.
